Lent is traditionally a time of reflection & renewal and so we are encouraged to use this time wisely, both as individuals and as groups so that we are all moving forward in our journey with God. The following opportunities are available during Lent:

• The South Liverpool Deanery Lent Course ‘Pearls of Great Price’: Wisdom, Time, Scripture will take place at Hope University on Tuesday evenings, commencing 11th March. This course is an opportunity to come together with others from the area, to learn, share and grow together. • Some groups will continue to meet as usual and explore ‘Travelling together with God through Lent African style’. During Lent the preaching at St Peter’s will focus on leading up to the cross and the resurrection of Jesus. • Some groups will continue to meet as usual and have a time of reflection using materials that they have identified as being helpful for them in moving forward in their journey with God.

• Liverpool Cathedral Lent Lectures: The Vision of God in the Old Testament will take place on Monday evenings, commencing 10th March. For more information visit their website.
