Lent Course 2025: Discerning God’s Call

During Lent this year we are exploring the theme of God’s Call on our lives. This will be the theme for our services and sermons, and there will be an opportunity to explore the issues deeper in our Lent Course.

Each week we gather, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and some hospitality before we settle down to look at a particular Bible character and how God has been at work in their lives.

There’s an opportunity to discuss, to share and to think through the weekly theme. We look at how the lives of those in the Bible speak to us today, and how God calls us to live in a way that pleases him.

There’s an evening session on Mondays at 8pm and a daytime session on Wednesday afternoons at 1.30pm. All sessions will be held in the Hub and last an hour and a half.

If you’re interested, either sign up at the back of the Church or come along on the day or date that suits you best. You do not have to attend all the sessions to gain the benefits.

The Course dates are:

Session 1: Monday 10th March and Wednesday 12th March

Session 2: Monday 17th March and Wednesday 19th March

Session 3: Monday 24th March and Wednesday 26th March

Session 4: Monday 31st March and Wednesday 2nd April

Session 5: Monday 7th April and Wednesday 9th April

Session 6: Monday 14th April and Wednesday 16th April
