Liverpool Community Foodworkers will be running a six week cooking course in the Simon Peter Centre from Monday 10 June. Each week you will cook a healthy meal and then sit down to eat it together. Over the six weeks there will be lots of tips and information about healthy eating for you and your family. During the first session , as well as cooking a meal, the group will decide together what they would like to cook throughout the course. Minnows will be providing a creche for pre-school children with fully DBS checked church volunteers – places MUST be booked in advance.
