Nick Jackson from PowerPack Ministries will lead two sessions to inspire and challenge us as a church about our young people and help us look at overall provision and resources. If you have a heart for young people then this is for you! He will be speaking to anyone who cares about what is going on with young people today. Please do come along and hear him speaking on a subject he feels passionately about. This is not just for children’s group workers, but for EVERYONE who has a heart for children and youth.

There will be childcare available between 9am and 12pm in Bishop Martin School. Please help us by booking places as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements. Bookings for childcare will close Tuesday 24 February at 12 noon.

9am arrive.

Drop children at Bishop Martin School. Tea and coffee in Centenary Rooms on arrival.

9.15 – 10.15am God’s Love For Children

Nick will talk about his experiences with children’s ministry and the joys and challenges for us today. A time for parents, grandparents, teachers, children’s group leaders and helpers – all those with an interest in our children’s spiritual growth.

10.15 break.

10.30 – 11.45am Time for Action

Nick will talk and discuss how we at St Peter’s connect with and support children as they journey with God. All are welcome for this, we particularly encourage those that are a part of children’s ministry to stay for this session.

12.00 – 1.00pm Lunch

An informal lunch and a chance to discuss the morning with others and with Nick. Children that have been collected from Bishop Martin School are welcome to join us for lunch.
